| All rainwater Gutters, Hopper Heads and Downpipes. | |

| Maintenance Programme: | To clean off all Roof surfaces. |
| To clean out all Gutters and Hopper Heads. | |
| To inspect all cleaned areas and report to Client accordingly. | |
| To leave Site clean and tidy. | |

| Costs: | To carry out the above Works all for the |
| Sum of £_________ plus Vat, per visit. | |

| Works: | To be carried out Annually/Six Monthly. |

| Additional Works: | Any Additional Works that may be required will be |
