We are traditional Roofing Contractors and carry out Repair and Renew Works to any Pitched or Flat Roof, including Slating, Tiling, Leadsheet, Felt, Asphalt etc.
In addition we are able to carry out any associated Building and Structural Works, including repair and replacement of defective Timbers, Brickwork, Repointing, Chimney Stacks, Coping Stones, Rendering, Guttering, Downpipes, Insulation etc.
We would like to inform you of our 'Planned Roof Cleaning & Maintenance' Contract which has successfully been operating for several years.
This service primarily involves the cleaning of roof surfaces, waterways and rainwater pipe work, on a regular basis, which will ensure that these areas are clean and unhindered' which in turn will allow proper water escape. In addition we will then check the roof surfaces and provide a Report of Condition, backed by photographic evidence, where necessary, so that any problems and defects are pinpointed and dealt with at an early stage, thus preventing any unnecessary repair/renewal works and costs both externally and internally.
Furthermore, as you probably aware of, most Insurance Policies no longer cover for water damage and remedial works caused by lack of maintenance and repair. In addition many of you will have suffered the disruption and cost of flooding, due to blocked rainwater outlets, Wet and Dry Rot remedial works caused by water ingress, which can so easily be prevented with a regular planned cleaning and maintenance programme.
