The Previous System

The client had an existing asphalt roof and he wanted to have a new roof garden put onto the roof terrace, but before these works were carried out he wanted to have the roof renewed.

The Solution

We hacked up the existing coverings, where we found some rot in the existing timbers. These were replaced, and we laid new solid insulation followed by Sika Liquid Plastic coatings.
