The Previous System
The client reported that they had water ingress from their balcony into their property.
The Solution
On inspection, we found that the existing coverings were asphalt and they had concrete tiles laid on top to create a trafficable surface. We removed the existing concrete tiles & cleared from site. We carried out preparation to the existing asphalt substrate & then laid a new Sika Liquid Plastics covering to the roof. On completion of the Sika Liquid Coating we laid new 300mm x 300mm promenade tiles.
